These terms cover your use of the QuipReply app. They're short because the relationship is simple: we suggest replies, you decide what to send.
QuipReply reads a conversation you point it at and suggests three replies. Suggestions are generated by an AI model. You choose what to send, and you are responsible for what you send. We don't guarantee any suggestion is appropriate, accurate, or successful — read it before you use it.
You must be at least 18. Don't use QuipReply to harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or manipulate anyone, to generate sexual content involving minors, or to break the law. Don't point it at conversations you have no right to read. Don't try to break, scrape, or resell the service. We can suspend access that's used this way.
The free tier includes a limited number of generations per day. QuipReply Pro is a subscription sold through Google Play:
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions; access continues to the end of the paid period. Cancel during the free trial and you are not charged. Google Play handles all payments, refunds, and taxes — we never see your card details. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply to a period you already paid for.
Bonus generations earned by referring friends have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and may be revoked if they're obtained by abuse (for example, creating fake installs to farm credits).
What we do and don't collect is spelled out in the Privacy Policy. Short version: screenshots are read and discarded, never stored, and there is no account.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you're currently paying for, you can cancel and Google Play's refund rules apply.
QuipReply is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the outcome of any conversation. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
